Lecture Description: Huna is an ancient system of understanding the self that
has most recently been articulated in the Hawaiian Islands. Some of the
essential elements of Huna psychology were rediscovered by Freud and
other modern theorists. The strikingly simple and direct understanding
of the self this ancient psychology endures in its purest form in the
Huna articulation of the 10 fundamental aspects of the self. In this
workshop, we will explore these fundamentals in order to gain fresh
perspectives in understanding our experience as human beings.
