Training Certification Programs
Sacred Stream offers two certification programs in Depth Hypnosis:

Certified Hypnotherapist | Depth Hypnosis Practitioner

Certified Hypnotherapist The Depth Hypnosis Foundation Course prepares you to become a Certified Hypnotherapist with special emphasis in Depth Hypnosis. Upon completion of this course, graduates receive a Certification in Hypnotherapy. There is an extensive reading list and several writing assignments that must be completed before the certification is granted. Additionally, a daily meditative or journeying practice must be maintained during the course of the class. Three private sessions of Depth Hypnosis must be completed — and at least five sessions are recommended - before receiving certification. More private sessions are encouraged, as it provides a deeper understanding of the process and engagement in the personal work that is required to be a certified hypnotherapist or Depth Hypnosis counselor. Depth Hypnosis Practitioner The training in the Depth Hypnosis Practitioner Certification Program deepens the work learned in the Depth Hypnosis Foundation Course. In this course, you will build upon the teachings of the Depth Hypnosis Foundation Course and learn more about setting up a practice and dealing with the complex issues that may arise in a spiritual counseling context. Upon completion of the Depth Hypnosis Practitioner Certification Program, and passing a review, you will be certified as a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner and will be eligible to use the Depth Hypnosis name. In addition, as a Certified Depth Hypnosis Practitioner you will be included on The Foundation of the Sacred Stream's website "Find a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner" page for each year that you are certified. Certified Depth Hypnosis Practitioners agree to maintain the standards set forth in The Foundation of the Sacred Stream's Code of Ethics. Certification is provisional for thirty days after it is granted. Proof of liability insurance must be presented prior to the end of this thirty-day period. Certification for the first year of practice as a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner is $350. Certification renewal for each subsequent year is $200. Course work includes completion of: Introduction to the Shamanic Journey All homework in the Depth Hypnosis Foundation Course The Applied Shamanism Foundation Courses, Levels I & II The Integrated Energy Medicine Foundation Courses, Levels I & II The Buddhist Psychology Studies Foundation Courses, Level I & II Depth Hypnosis 2 (includes Supervisory, Integration and more) 10 case studies outlining how you've applied the principles of Depth Hypnosis, Applied Shamanism, and Integrated Energy Medicine in sessions with clients. (Please note that these case studies must pass a review in order for Depth Hypnosis Practitioner status to be granted.) Minimum of 8 Depth Hypnosis Sessions with Depth Hypnosis Practitioner. At least 10 are recommended. Certification must be renewed at the beginning of each calendar year, January 1st, under the following conditions: Presentation of Proof of Liability Insurance Submission of a one to two page report outlining personal work, including personal insights gained from facilitating Depth Hypnosis sessions. Submission of a one to two page report outlining the maintenance of your personal journeying and meditation practices. A new addition to the program is the Depth Hypnosis 2 course. This course is for Depth Hypnosis Practitioners, those interested in becoming Depth Hypnosis Practitioners or those interested in gaining more experience in Depth Hypnosis. It is a 40-hour course which focuses on practicing Depth Hypnosis techniques and integrating aspects of Buddhism, shamanism, integrated energy medicine and hypnosis in a clinical setting. The class includes demonstrations, supervised practice and opportunities to hone your skills with plenty of one-on-one time with the instructor.

Depth Hypnosis Practitioner Training Package Prices

(Please note that this package does not include the five sessions you are required to take with a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner. You are responsible for scheduling and paying for your sessions. This price does include a review of the ten client sessions you do with your own clients, which we review and discuss with you, and your presence as a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner on the Sacred Stream website for one year.)
