Alexis Cohen works to empower women through all their creative processes—including art, writing, and creation itself, childbirth. She believes “with every baby born there is also a mother born.” This belief is the source of her support through every stage of maternity: pregnancy, the postpartum period, and early motherhood.

By addressing any fears or other blocks, the mother can be more fully present throughout the experience of childbirth and motherhood—establishing a deep connection with themselves and Spirit.

Alexis is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Depth Hypnosis Practitioner through the Foundation of the Sacred Stream. She currently is in the Certification Process of becoming a Birth and Postpartum Doula. Additionally, she’s an artist and uses visual art and writing as key elements of transformation for knowing the self.
