 Valerie Aksoy has been supporting others in their journey to self-empowerment for over twenty years. She has been an educator in the public school system, working primarily with at-risk teens. Valerie is a teacher of Yoga Heart and core shamanism, and is also a Depth Hypnosis practitioner. She offers private and group sessions, and teaches workshops on the shamanic journey and yoga.
Valerie uses hypnotherapy, core shamanic practices, and yoga in her work with people—supporting them as they develop self-reliance and strengthen their connections with themselves at a soul level. Through this work, her clients learn to let go of habits that do not serve them and develop ones that do. This work ultimately brings the sacred into her clients’ every day lives, helps them find the path to their true selves, and supports them in creating a life that they love.
