This workshop is offered regularly to help support your study in any of the classes that make up the Applied Buddhist Psychology Program at the Sacred Stream. It is an ideal place to bring inquiry arising out of the class materials or out of your individual meditation practice. Practitioners at any level of practice are invited to bring questions.
