Come learn the basics of Tibetan Medicine, a 5000 year old system of medicine that can help you regain your health and stay healthy. Menpa Kalzang was born in Tibet and was first introduced to Tibetan Medicine as a young child by her uncle, who served as Chief Physician for the Integrative Unit of the Tibetan Medical Hospital in Lhasa. She was later fortunate to work under his supervision at the Tibetan Medical Hospitals in Lhasa and Chengdu. In this talk, she will explain how Tibetan Medicine works with the five elements and she will help you understand how you can best work with the five elements based on your  constitution type.
