In this section of the store, we carry a variety of independent study courses. These are courses that can be downloaded and studied at your leisure. Most contain one or more lectures with exercises and/or meditations. In addition to our independent study courses, we offer a full range of Distance Learning classes where you can participate with the teacher live via video conference.
