Depth Hypnosis Supervised Practice is a live workshop series designed to help aspiring practitioners gain hands-on experience with Depth Hypnosis techniques in a supportive group setting. This class provides a supportive environment to practice with peers, receive guidance, and build confidence working with altered states and the Depth Hypnosis processes.
Regular supervision and open Q&A ensure that participants deepen their understanding and competence in applying this powerful healing method. This class cannot be audited.

Joanna Adler, PsyD is a senior Depth Hypnosis Practitioner and instructor at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream. With a background in transpersonal psychology and years of experience supervising Depth Hypnosis students, Joanna brings warmth, clarity, and deep insight to her teaching. She guides students to build practical skills, trust their intuition, and apply Depth Hypnosis tools ethically and effectively in real-world settings.
Joanna teaches in the Depth Hypnosis Spiritual Counseling program, offering classes in the Coming to Peace Conflict Resolution Method, Depth Hypnosis Supervised Practice, and Conscious Parenting. With Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D., Joanna co-authored the pilot study on the efficacy of Depth Hypnosis called “Using Depth Hypnosis to Treat Mood Disorders and Raise Well-Being: A Pilot Study,” published in The International Journal of Regression Therapy.
