Fundamentals of Integrated Energy Medicine (On Demand)

This foundational course introduces the core concepts of Integrated Energy Medicine offering an overview of energy medicine systems from different cultures. You’ll explore how energy flows through the body and how tools like light, sound, breath, and guided meditation can support physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. You’ll learn how the breath is a carrier of energy and how to work with it to bring healing to different parts of the body. You’ll also begin to develop your own sensitivity to subtle energy through traditional frameworks, breathing practices, and experiential work. This course creates a grounded base for further training and personal healing.

What you’ll experience:

• Understand how subtle energy affects mind and body
• Learn traditional systems of energy medicine
• Practice techniques to perceive energy more clearly
• Practice meditations that support healing and insight
• Begin integrating energy work into your daily life
• Learn to work with energy medicine to heal yourself and others

This course consists of:

• 6 recorded lecture videos (approx. 3 hours total)
• Several guided meditations
• 75-minute live class with Q&A and live meditation
• Peer sharing and reflection exercises
• Recommended reading and handout materials

Details:

Our On Demand workshops offer everything the regular courses offer, except the Live Q&A portion. Instead, you will have access to a past Q&A session from a previously recorded class, in addition to the class content. The course and course materials will be accessible for you to view for six weeks. As with most of our classes, once you have taken one of our On Demand classes, you will be eligible to retake the class at the returning student rate for up to five years.

Please note: If you are taking one of this class as part of a certification program, you will need to turn in a 1-2 page synopsis and personal reflection of the class by the end of the six week access period.
