Relationship and Power (Hybrid)
This life-changing workshop provides clear methods for identifying the underlying issues that create difficulty in relationships and for enhancing positive power dynamics. It is designed to help students improve their relationships by exploring the power dynamics that shape their personal and professional lives. Participants will examine how they use power in their interactions and will gain insight into the ways early experiences influence later relationship patterns. Through guided exploration and practical exercises, students will learn to recognize and shift unhealthy power exchanges, fostering relationships grounded in balance, respect, and authenticity..

This class can be audited.
This is an online course that is part video and part live online video conference. You will receive links to the videos to watch at your convenience. There will also be two video conference meetings where you can ask questions of the teacher and learn from the questions and experiences of the other participants. The first set of videos will be available on March 18. The second set of videos will be available on April 1. To get the most out of the class, please watch each set of videos prior to each live meeting. Allow approximately 3-4 hours to review each set of videos and to complete any coursework. Videos will be available for two weeks after class ends.
*If you are taking this class as a requirement for the Depth Hypnosis Practitioner Certificate, and you are unable to attend the live portion, a report on your experience of class will be required within two weeks of the end of the class. Attendance at the live class meetings is strongly recommended.
