Coming to Peace: Conflict Resolution Techniques (Hybrid)

This class taught by Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D and Joanna Adler will help you learn how to sail into the heart of conflict with greater confidence in your ability to understand and find resolution. You will learn methods which you can provide participants to help them understand their own experience of conflict and be able to listen to other people’s experience with greater clarity. You will learn how to help people who are in conflict stay with the process even when discussion gets heated. This class will help you stay grounded and supported even as you help participants do the same.

This course has required videos to watch prior to the live class meeting. The videos will be available on or around February 10 to watch at your convenience. You must watch all videos and do all practices prior to the live class meetings. Allow approximately 3-4 hours to review the videos and to complete any coursework. There will also be two video conference meetings with Q&A and practice of Coming to Peace techniques. Attendance is required for people seeking a certificate.
