Somatic Wisdom as a Path of Inner Awakening (Live Stream)
In a world of increasing stress and chronic illness, the body remains a profound source of guidance and healing. This experiential course invites participants to explore somatic awareness as a pathway to inner clarity, resilience, and embodied wisdom. Drawing on principles from Depth Hypnosis Spiritual Counseling, Applied Shamanism, and Integrated Energy Medicine, students learn to listen skillfully to the body’s signals as expressions of deeper emotional, physiological, and energetic patterns.
Through guided meditation and somatic inquiry, participants cultivate the capacity to access inner knowing, work gently with pain and emotional residue, and support the body’s innate intelligence. This course is well suited for individuals and healthcare practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of mind-body connection, enhance presence, and support healing in themselves and others.
