Working with Dreams (Hybrid)
Dreams are more than passing images of the night; they are quiet messages from the higher self, offering insight, clarity, and healing. In this experiential workshop, you’ll learn to work with your dreams as powerful gateways to self-discovery, guidance, and healing. You’ll also be introduced to transformative dreaming practices, including Dream Yoga and lucid dreaming, that can deepen your connection to your inner wisdom and dream world. Through learning practical methods of dream interpretation, you’ll begin to recognize the energetic patterns and symbols that speak uniquely to you. As you deepen your understanding of this inner language, you’ll find ways to bring its guidance into your waking life—helping you move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence.

This class can be audited.
This is an online course that is part video and part live online video conference. You will receive access to the videos to watch at your convenience. There will be one video conference meeting where you can ask questions of the teacher and learn from the questions and experiences of the other participants. The videos will be available on or around January 23. To get the most out of the class, please watch the videos prior to the live meeting. Allow approximately 3-4 hours to review the videos and to complete any coursework. Videos will be available for two weeks after class ends.
*If you are taking this class as a requirement for one of our certificate programs, and you are unable to attend the live portion, a report on your experience of class will be required within two weeks of the end of the class.
