Through your registration for a workshop or event we offer, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

You understand and agree to our Cancellation Policy.

Classes & Events May Be Recorded

Our online and many in-person classes and events are recorded and you consent to being recorded. You understand that these recordings will be made available to students and some portions may be used for other teaching purposes at a later date.

Course Material is Copy-righted

You understand that the material presented in these classes is copy-righted and you agree not to share these materials or try to teach these materials in any form.

Privacy is Protected

In order to protect the privacy of others, we require that all guests agree not to post or publish any photographs, video, or audio recordings of this material or other individuals, or otherwise make use of the FSS name or logo, without written permission. You understand that you are solely responsible and potentially liable for any harm or damages caused by your online activity.

This Work Can Bring Up Strong Emotions

In registering for a workshop at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream, you recognize that you are choosing to take part in a range of activities to support your psycho-spiritual development. By signing this form, you agree that neither the Foundation of the Sacred Stream nor its representatives are liable for any pain or emotional distress that may ensue in the course of this work.

Maintain Respect for Students and Teachers

You understand that any student who is disruptive or disrespectful to other students or to the instructor may be asked to leave, at the discretion of the instructor, and that no refund will be issued to a student that is asked to leave. You agree to protect the confidentiality of your fellow students’ processes during the course of class work.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement, that you have executed this agreement voluntarily, and that this agreement is to be legally binding upon yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and representatives, in the event of your death or incapacity.
