This On Demand course includes 5-6 hours of video content, including 4 videos of lecture with Khensur Thupten Tenzin Rinpoche with translation from Nyima Tsam, meditation practices, as well as 2 meditation videos with Isa Gucciardi, 1 Q&A session with Khensur Thupten Tenzin Rinpoche, and recommended reading.

Our On Demand workshops offer everything the regular courses offer, except the Live Q&A portion. Instead, you will have access to a past Q&A session from a previously recorded class, in addition to the class content. The course and course materials will be accessible for you to view for six weeks. As with most of our classes, once you have taken one of our On Demand classes, you will be eligible to retake the class at the returning student rate for up to five years.
