Distance Learning

Using the latest technology, we offer two ways for students to participate in our classes at a distance: teleconference and videoconference.

Teleconferencing:  Using the teleconference capability is as easy as picking up your telephone. When you register, we will provide you with a call in number and access code.

Free Teleclasses

Our free teleclasses are a way to get a feel for subject matter and ask questions before committing to a larger course of study. These are usually one hour in length and include a lecture and a question and answer period. To participate just register and we will provide you with a call in number and access code. Please see our calendar for upcoming free teleclasses.

Distance Learning

Many of our classes are available as distance learning classes via video or teleconferencing. We offer two ways of participating at a distance. You can join a class offered only for people participating at a distance, or you can join a live class in Berkeley, space permitting. Distance Learning only classes are offered less frequently, but at times more convenient for those on the East Coast and Europe.  Peruse the calendar and see what works best for you.

"This class was fantastic. Thanks so much for offering it to the community. I really enjoyed it. I look forward to taking the Applied Buddhist Psychology 1 workshop in March and to meet you in person." - Sandra S.

"I just wanted to pass along the feedback that all the Sacred Stream teleclasses I’ve attended have been good. However, [the Shamanic Healing Teleclass] one was the best of all. In a brief period of time it covered really relevant and critical points on the subject matter. Rather than being just introductory to other courses this actually educated me greatly in and of itself. Really great! Thanks." - Amy J.
