What People Are Saying:
“This class helped me come out of a spiral of grief I have been in about the state of the world.” – Alex Y.
“This class was surprising and filled with remarkable insights and depth.” – Beth O.

We are living in an era that can fill us with dread one moment and open the door to profound growth the next. Finding our footing amid this intensity requires more than personal coping strategies; it calls for an understanding of the larger collective context in which our lives are unfolding. This class offers that wider lens by exploring the great cycles of time that have long guided life on Earth and shaped humanity’s spiritual understanding.
Drawing from Vedic philosophy, we will examine the Yugas, alongside prophecies and teachings about spiritual evolution found in Mayan, Hopi, and other Indigenous traditions. Together, these perspectives offer a rich framework for understanding periods of breakdown, renewal, and transformation. In this context and through meditations and experiential practices, participants will be invited to reflect on their deepest responses to the ecological, political, and social crises of our time. They will be given the opportunity consider how these responses may situate them within larger evolutionary cycles.
The class also emphasizes learning how to hold both the personal and the collective perspectives simultaneously. By doing so, participants gain the capacity to navigate the challenges of the present moment with greater clarity, discernment, and courage. Ultimately, this workshop provides a meaningful context for understanding the pressures and possibilities we are facing, helping participants locate their own lives within a broader story of change, continuity, and spiritual evolution.
